It is extremely difficult to find the type of service you provide. From the first day we met in June I felt a comfort level that I haven't felt with any other contractor. Being in the real estate business for 24 years I've had experience with many builders in the past and you were clearly and by far the best.

On that first day of our meeting, you arrived exactly on time; you listened intently and were well prepared for all of our questions and concerns. The second meeting was the same, arriving when you said, and most prepared once again. Each meeting or phone conversation from then on was exactly the same, professional and informative from start to completion, always doing what you promised.

The subcontractors were no less than excellent! Each making a professional appearance, arriving on schedule and always pleasant. And their workmanship was outstanding.

I would like to bring special attention to Jay; his pride of workmanship is something I enjoy daily. Everyone who has entered our home has remarked on his impeccable talent. It is no surprise to me he is a member of Dockham Builders. Jay spent many hours in our home and he was always enjoyable and comfortable to be around.

In ending I would also like to thank Kathy; it was always a pleasure speaking with her. I appreciate her attentiveness to detail again from start to finish.

Thank you for making this stressful period as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances. I will highly recommend you to anyone who is looking for a true professional with outstanding service and workmanship.
